Most of the products come from “the terroir” (the land) of the stall holder and are produced by small organisations such as family businesses, farms and/or small factories where traditional methods are used, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
The traders will wear their traditional costumes, providing a warm atmosphere to this event. Particular attention is given to the stall’s decoration and detail; ach trader will have a flag from their respective country flying from their stall.
Our traders have been working on our markets for over 10 years. We ensure they are friendly, approachable and can advise people about their products. Of course, all of our traders comply with European environmental health regulations. All stall-holders selling food have received the UK Level 2 Award in Food Safety and are also registered with their local authority.
